                                              SUPER LATE MODEL RULES
 

WEIGHTS: Any attached weights must be securely bolted to frame, and must be painted white or florescent orange and have car number clearly painted on them. Due to the high risk factor involved, any car that loses a lead weight during any event will be disqualified for that race and may be banned from the track for the season and/or fined. Two attaching mounts are recommended. No weights may be attached to rear bumper. No lead pellets – no liquid weights.

BODY: DIRT/MSCCS body rules apply.

ENGINE AND WEIGHT OPTIONS:
Open Motor: 2300 lbs.
SAS/MSCCS LEGAL Spec Motor: 2200 lbs.
SUPR/MSCCS LEGAL Spec Motor: 2200 lbs.
ALL steel motor: 2200 lbs.

WEIGHTED: With driver anytime. No weight adjustment devices allowed inside car.

FUEL SYSTEM: One four-barrel carburetor.

FUEL: Gas or Alcohol permitted.

WHEELBASE: 104-inch minimum. Measured from center of hub to center of hub.

ENGINE SETBACK: Six (6) inches from center of ball joint to most forward spark plug, for all cars.

REAR END: Any type permitted.

TRANSMISSION: Any Transmission. All Transmissions must have forward and reverse gears. No straight drives.

TIRES: Any brand. Tires must durometer a minimum of 40 by the track's durometer when checked. All Markings must be visible.

SPOILERS: 8-inch rear spoilers on all cars. Exception: Spec Motor and Big 10 Motor exception (SAS template): These motors are allowed 12-inches of material tall spoiler. Three spoiler support blades are allowed. Spec spoiler blade dimensions are 18 inches maximum in length, 12 inches maximum height, and must taper down to a maximum of 6 inches. No adjustable rear spoilers.
